These are my experiments with cooking. I learnt cooking post marriage, more out of necessity than something that I enjoyed doing. Over the years, I realised cooking can be fun. It allows you to experiment with different ingredients and there is no limit on re-attempts until you master it. This blog is to archive different recipes that I try. Some are taught by my family, friends and some I collected from the internet.

Black Grapes Juice (काळ्या द्राक्षांचा रस)

Ingredients:
1 cup black grapes, thoroughly washed
4-5 ice cubes
a pinch of Salt (Optional)
Sugar as per taste (Optional)

Blend together black grapes along with ice cubes. Add sugar and/or salt as per taste.
